History of the cottage dates back to 1973 when at first in Stara Ves started a construction of a family house for living. In 1981 a state company ČSAD Brno took over the under-construction building under its administration and built the recreational facility, which was approved for use in 1983.
The cottage was with minor renovations carried on until 2012, but due to poor technical state and insufficient conditions for holidaymakers was closed. In the same year there was therefore initiated a complete renovation of the entire building. The platform of the cottage was maintained but otherwise remained only original load-bearing walls. Everything else was completely reconstructed. The outer appearance of the cottage was adapted to the mountain architecture. The internal layout and furnishing addresses the current high requirements of holidaymakers. The cottage is comfortably and stylishly equipped for a relaxing holiday.
